Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class offers a grounding space to reconnect with your body and quiet the mind. Both teachers have many years of experience and are great at structuring their classes to suit the needs of the attendees. Qi Gong Classes
Qi Gong is a gentle moving meditation accessible to people of all ages and conditions. Rooted in the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, Qi Gong harmonizes breath, posture, and intention to cultivate qi—the body’s vital life force. The hardest part is simply getting yourself to slow down.
In this class, you’ll be guided through a series of slow, flowing movements and mindful breathing techniques that help clear stagnation, calm the mind, and strengthen internal energy. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, support for healing, or simply a way to reconnect with your body, Qi Gong offers a nourishing, accessible path.
Classes may not happen every single week so get on the text list if you are interested and we’ll send weekly notices confirming class.
